Beyonce is a New-Yorker

"I am (a New Yorker) now. When I first came here, people weren’t friendly and I didn’t know where to go. "Now I love it. I enjoy access to foods I never had before, like Cuban or Indian. I love how multicultural it is; you walk down the street and see so many different races. It’s (diversity) normal here and abnormal to be closed-minded. That’s beautiful."
