Voir la vie d'un autre oeil :
Plus je suis contente de la situation, mieux je me sens.
Un exercice pour se libérer :
Couché(e) par terre sur le dos, jambes jointes et pointes des pieds tendues, je compte jusqu'à 4 en inspirant. Puis en expirant, je compte de 5 à 8 en levant les jambes à 45°. Je bloque et inspire en comptant jusqu'à 12. Je redescend doucement les jambes en expirant et en comptant jusqu'à 16. Je fais l'exercice 5 fois.
Instruction du jour :
Les bonnes choses n'ont pas de fin pour moi, au contraire elles se multiplient.
